Ksss Ksss Ksss ♪♪♪ ☀️ Pour fêter l’arrivée de l’été la boulangerie-pâtisserie artisanale Au Pavé du Roy à Aix en Provence nous invite au Bonheur avec Le Cigalou ! un dessert glacé très très gourmand qui chante la Provence ♪♪♪ ☀️

Qu’elle ne fut pas ma surprise de découvrir sur Instagram qu’Au Pavé du Roy m’avait réservé une bien jolie surprise en me dédicaçant Le Cigalou en version mignonnerie à déguster.
J’étais bien contente et je ne me suis pas fait prier pour aller le chercher ;)

Comme d’habitude l’accueil fut des plus chaleureux et si vous connaissez la boulangerie-pâtisserie vous savez que ce n’est pas un accueil de circonstance mais que toute l’équipe est très sympa.

Et maintenant place à la dégustation !

Tout d’abord je m’installe religieusement devant Le Cigalou que je n’ose pas entamer tellement je le trouve trop beau, mais il faut bien se sacrifier pour vérifier s’il est aussi beau que bon pas vrai ! …
Et alors, Et alors ma Cigale ?! Et pardi, bien sûr qu’il est bon Le Cigalou une vraie tuerie, je dirais même plus, il est carrément Fantastique !
Allez je vous fais saliver 😋

Le Cigalou petite merveille de Provence

Il se compose d’une glace nougat pistache de folie, d’un sorbet abricot délicatement infusé au romarin de Sainte Victoire, sur un fabuleux biscuit joconde aux fruits secs, croquants à souhait, avec un cœur de nougat.
Une petite Cigale en chocolat prône fièrement sur le dessus prête à nous enchanter pour tout l’été ☀️

Le bonheur le plus savoureux est celui que l’on partage, et la taille normale du Cigalou est pour 8 à 9 personnes au prix de 29€

Déguster le Cigalou, c’est comme déguster la Provence ! Inutile de vous dire que ma Cigale a adoré et s’est bien régalée à savourer toutes ces saveurs ensoleillées.

Rafraichissant, à la fois subtil et généreux, le Cigalou est un Amour de dessert parfait pour l’été, vous ne trouvez pas ?!

Eh bien, dégustez le Cigalou et écoutez la Provence chanter maintenant !
